Grant it, the real estate market is tough right now, but I am seeing things improve as the weather warms. People are starting to stir and take Sunday drives. Flyer's are being taken from our flyer boxes and the idea of maybe making a move is crossing the minds of many. After all the interest rates are outstanding and the deals are everywhere! That's the 1st step and many are taking it.
Just in case you don't know me, customer service is very important to me. I will do just about anything for my clients and most of them love me for it. I'm all the time looking for new and creative ideas to help my clients achieve their goals of moving to their dream home. Right now, I have one young family looking to move to a particular community. There's nothing for sale at this time that fits their needs. Amy offered to help me by putting together a letter to send out. I was so grateful for her wonderful idea and her willingness to make my job a little easier. Right away I put together a beautiful postcard and mailed it out to 237 homeowners asking if they thought about selling their home. I explained that I have clients that are wanting to live in the neighborhood. Now I'm praying that the residents take me seriously and don't think this is a sly way of picking up new listings. However, it's not such a bad idea ;) In the event, I don't get any bites, I have no issues going and knocking on doors. That could be interesting huh?
In the end the most important thing is to make people happy.
